SINGLE TABLE SEATING
Due to recent issues with attendance at single table venues, the following will now apply:

If there are 13 or less players, all players will get a chance to participate in the game.
Payout schedule is posted on the "League Rules" page of the website (click here).

If there are 14 or more players, and another dealer is not available,
each game will be capped at 10 players, paying out 5 places.

If there are 14 or more players, and another dealer is available,
each game will be capped at 10 players, paying out 5 places.

If there are 2 dealers available, and it is near the end of the night (i.e. time for one more game), the game will be a multi-table game if there are 12 or more players.  If there are 11 or less, the game will be declared a Sit-N-Go, but all 11 players will have the opportunity to play.

I know that 50% of you will like this and 50% of you will not, but every week being inconsistent is not what
we are about.  These rules will now be established in order to have consistency from week to week.
If any of you have any concerns, or think you might have better ideas, please feel free to email me.

BOTH WINTER QUARTERLIES AND THE TOC WILL BE COMING SOON

There seems to be confusion with scoring, especially at the busier venues.  I'm going to try to explain as best as possible.  If you still are confused, feel free to call or email me, and I'll explain it personally.

There are two attendance numbers in play.  I post on the home page what the OVERALL NIGHTLY VENUE ATTENDANCE must be for double (sometimes triple) chips.  This means the total number players who play at the venue from start to finish.  Actual number of bodies that pass through the entire night.  This has nothing to do with how many players are in the building at one time, or in any one particular game.

EXAMPLE - DOUBLE CHIPS, 20 PLAYERS; TRIPLE CHIPS, 30 PLAYERS.  SIT-N-GO VENUE
A venue might have 17 players to start the night.  After game one 3 players leave and 2 people show up.  Overall attendance is now 19.  After game two 4 players leave but 5 new ones show up.  Overall attendance is now 24, so we're at double chips.  Throughout the night 4 more players come in, so overall nightly attendance finishes at 28, which means that all scoring will be double.  Every SNG game pays top 5, double chips.
THE 26 OR MORE IN A SINGLE GAME SCORING DOES NOT COME INTO PLAY,
AS EACH GAME IS A SIT-N-GO AND ONLY HAS 10 PLAYERS

EXAMPLE - DOUBLE CHIPS, 20 PLAYERS; TRIPLE CHIPS, 30 PLAYERS.  MULTI-TABLE VENUE
A venue might have 24 players to start game one.  We're already at double chips for the night.  During game one 3 new players arrive get in before the game is closed.  This means that 26 or more players (27) went through game one.  This means that game one will pay TOP 15 SCORING  (see below).  After game one 6 players leave, and 4 new players show up for game two.  Overall attendance is now 31, which means that scoring for the night is triple chips.  No one else comes in, so that means 25 players went through game two (the 21 that were remaining from game one and the 4 new players who came in).  Since less than 26 players went through game 2, TOP 10 SCORING applies (see below). Games three and four are played, each with 21 players.  Both of these games will be TOP 10 SCORING, since less than 26 players went through that game.  All 4 games will pay triple, because of the overall attendance for the night.
Game 1 will pay TOP 15 SCORING, because 26 or more players went through game 1.
Games 2, 3 and 4 will pay TOP TEN SCORING, because less than 26 players went through those games.
All games, regardless of top 10 or 15, will be triple chips, because there were 31 total players for the night.

DOES THAT HELP?

NEW FOR THE WINTER QUARTER
NEW SCORING
Well, we've had lots of feedback regarding the double, triple and sometimes quadruple chips nights.  So, we're going to incorporate some new scoring on regular games while scaling back double, triple and quadruple chip nights.

Here's how it's going to work:

 MULTI TABLE GAMES
Less Than 26 Players 26 or more players
  2500 1st 3500
  2000 2nd 3000
  1500 3rd 2500
  1000 4th 2000
  800 5th 1500
  500 6th 1000
  400 7th 900
  300 8th 800
  200 9th 700
  100 10th 600
  0 11th 500
  0 12th 400
  0 13th 300
  0 14th 200
  0 15th 100

Same rules still apply to single tables:
  6-7 players
pays top 3
  8-9 players              pays top 4
  10-11 players
pays top 5
  12-13 players
pays top 6
  14 or more players
pays top 10

 SIT N GO'S
No change to Sit N Go's.  Stil 10 players per table, still paying top 5.
There may be occasions where we will sit 11 total players for a SNG (for example, the last game of the night and there are 11, or even 12 players left).  We will attempt to only sit 10 at a time, but the need to sit 11 may arise due to time constraints (remember, we will try to seat everyone - imagine if you are that last player that isn't going to get sat, you'd want for us to get to you as well).

PRIZES
New bonus prizes for the following (in each area):
$50 Mini-Deepstacks Seat for the player with the most chips for the quarter
$50 Mini-Deepstacks Seat for the player with the most wins for the quarter
